Job Responsibilities:

1.     Complete New Item Set Up Forms, submit for product entry into ERP system (including kit products and components)

2.     Maintain master kit product excel spreadsheets

3.     Follow all procedures and policies with accuracy

4.     Clear and precise email communications with follow up

5.     Support sales consultant administratively with timely and accurate communication and processes

6.     Call Vendors for Quotes/Information/Samples/Contracts

7.     Save Quotes/Contracts/Info under Sales Rep’s Name, enter into system

8.     Request Vendor Samples for Client or Sales Rep, follow-up for receipt

9.     Send Vendors client samples for Quotes, follow-up, ensure quote is received.

10.Enter quotes into the ERP system , Send Out Samples via our Warehouse to customers

11.Sales Order Entry as requested by Sales Consultant

12.Contact customers as requested by Sales Consultant

13.Complete tool repair forms and take to tool repair adm. assist.

14. Assist Sales Consultant resolving Customer Billing Discrepancies

ASSISTANT DISTRIBUTION CENTER MANAGER

·         This is a “hands-on” – working supervisor managing on the D.C. floor

·         Implements DC strategic initiatives in coordination with DC Mgr.

·         Manages all timesheet punches, approves PTO

·         The “go to” person for all material handler inquiries and resolutions on a daily basis

·         Overall responsible for the Material Handler operations, including picking, put away, bin transfers, purchase order receiving, aisle maintenance, damages, warehouse cleanliness and outbound delivery truck loading.

·         Manages all material handlers to achieve objectives, writes & delivers annual reviews

·         Communicates to material handlers picking/put away accuracy, damages & aisle maintenance scores, manages to improvement.

·         Oversees and manages the non-conforming product issues to resolution with Transportation coordinator.  

·          Assigns daily work assignments to material handlers, monitors workload to insure all tasks are accomplished 

·         Own and implement safety initiatives with DC. Mgr. support

·         Trains new material handlers in picking, put away, damage procedures, bin transfers & receiving. 

·         Reviews daily forklift / REACH truck inspection reports; takes corrective action as needed with DC Mgr.

·         As a back up to the Transportation Coordinator, routes all truck / common carrier, Speedee and UPS deliveries in Roadnet software, schedules vendor PO pickups

·         Manage weekly inventory cycle counts and reconcile all issues timely and accurately

·         Plan and execute at a minimum 2 full inventories with cycle counts annually

·         Teams with material handler and maintain all cube / weight data in product masters
